Ford breaks down the three pillars that the community colleges will be asking the Mississippi Legislature to fund in 2027, including $41.5 million for the Jobs Promise Performance Program to train 5,500 highly skilled workers for high-demand careers, $39 million in general support to improve salaries and retain talented educators, and $100 million for capital improvements and necessary campus repairs.
